This Spring Break, we're offering two date options to accommodate the largest Spring Break weeks. Our two departures will be March 4*-12 and March 11*-19 (*late-night departures from the NYC area). Don't feel left out - if these dates don't work for you, and you have a large group of people interested in joining you, contact our staff and we'll do our best to match your departure needs!

The cost for Oranim's Alternative Spring Break in Israel is $1,900 + $200 registration fee.

Thursday - The Journey Begins

• Depart the US for Israel from the NYC area on a late-night departure

Friday - Shalom and Shabbat Shalom

• Welcome Home!
• Arrive at Ben Gurion Airport
• Ascend to Jerusalem and check in to your hotel
• Join thousands of Jews from around the world as they welcome the Shabbat with joy and passion at the Western Wall
• Festive Shabbat dinner
• Group briefing
• Overnight: Jerusalem

Saturday - Shabbat Jerusalem style

• Optional Shabbat Services
• Walking tour of the Israel Museum to see the Dead Sea Scrolls and the model of Jerusalem as it was in the time of the Second Temple.
• Havdallah
• Evening at leisure in Jerusalem - check out Ben Yehuda Street and Nachalaot!
• Overnight: Jerusalem

Sunday - Desert Delights

• Depart Jerusalem and descend to the Dead Sea
• Enjoy a chance for a swim (float) in the Dead Sea followed by lunch
• Head south to Eilat
• Evening at leisure in Eilat
• Overnight: Eilat

Monday - Wednesday - Having Eilat of Fun

• At leisure to enjoy the blue waters of the Red Sea, the beaches, the snorkeling, the nightlife and more

Thursday - Leaving on a jet plane...

• In the early afternoon head north to Ben Gurion Airport

Friday - Shalom U'lehitraot!

• Depart Ben Gurion Airport for the US
• Arrive in the US the same day
